Services: 

Kirby Consultants is a digital marketing agency providing services including but not limited to content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, analytics and reporting, training and consulting, email marketing, PPC advertising, and conversion rate optimization.

Payment: 

Payment for our services is due upfront, prior to the commencement of any work. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed upon methods.

Refund Policy:

 Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once services are rendered.

Use of Services: 

Clients agree not to use our services for illegal purposes or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. Clients agree to comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures of networks connected to our services.

Data and Privacy: 

We uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards, in line with industry best practices. Client data will not be shared with third parties without express consent, except where required by law.

Dispute Resolution:

 Any disputes arising from the use of our services will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to an agreed-upon mediation entity.

Age Restriction: 

Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email.

Intellectual Property: 

Clients retain all rights to pre-existing intellectual properties. Any content created during the service engagement will be mutually agreed upon as per project contract.
